Most of our clients will book an initial consultation session with Frank, where he will walk you through almost everything you need to know when purchasing property in Australia.
He will also assist you with setting your own personal goals, which is probably the most important step before buying any properties. You will learn about which types of properties to purchase, the implications of having different tax and mortgage structures, in turn accelerating and being more effective in reaching those goals.
Frank will also go through some property data with you. You will learn where to find reliable data sources, how to interpret these data sets to determine potential growth, and whether your property can be easily rented out.
The session will take approximately 1.5 hours, the consultation fee being $880.
After you have a clear goal and direction, our buyers agent service comes into play. Frank and his team will pick suburbs which we think suits your strategy and budget, and actually help you source properties in those areas.
We will have access to both on-market AND off-market properties for your consideration. Frank and his team can negotiate the deals on your behalf so you don’t have to be stressed out whether you’re over-paying on a property, or having to deal with sales agents who are good at exploiting your weaknesses as a buyer. We are here to level the playing field.
Frank will assess your situation and help you with the following:
1. Set your goals with you, so that you know exactly what you want to achieve with your investment properties.
2. See where you may be able to improve on your tax and loan structures with your current portfolio.
3. Provide you with different strategies, and see what each strategy will achieve in the long run.
4. Help you locate locations where it may suit your budget, and how to interpret different types of data to locate suburbs suitable for you to buy in.
We will email you our Information and Engagement Form for you to complete and return before the consultation session. The more information you can provide on this form, the easier it is for Frank to have a full understanding of your circumstances.

Step 1: Analyse Buyer's current property portfolio, confirming your strategic needs.
Step 2: Property Research Analysis and Review - Present you with the right property for your investment needs. A comparative market analysis (CMA) will accompany each property we present so that you can make an informed decision.
Step 3: Secure A Property - Negotiate on purchase price, terms and conditions on your behalf, and help you facilitate your finance, conveyancing, and pest and building reports.
Step 4: Pre-Settlement & Settlement. We are here to make sure you have a successful settlement until the final step.
Step 5: Follow Up - We'll regularly check in to see if your current investment portfolio is heading towards the right direction, and how your property is performing.
