Before you book

1. Upon receipt and confirmation of your payment, our team will promptly reach out to you within 1 business day and provide you with the Information and Engagement Form. We kindly request that you complete this form with the required details, including any specific property-related questions you would like addressed, to proceed with the consultation session with Frank.

2. The fee of $880 is non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.

3. If you wish to cancel a booking prior to the scheduled consultation, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

For cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice, a $22 fee (Credit Card surcharge) will be deducted, and you will receive a refund of $858 including GST.

If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the consultation, a fee of $440 including GST will be charged, resulting in a refund of $440 including GST.

If you fail to attend or are late for over 30 minutes for the consultation, we will automatically deem this as an act of cancellation, and $440 including GST will be refunded.
